Heavy Duty Steel Impact Roller
Placed under the conveyor loading point where large rock fragments drop onto the belt. The roller consists of steel cores protected by high-elasticity rubber rings designed to absorb landing forces, protecting the belt cover from punctures and premature ply separation.
Lagged Conveyor Drive Drum Pulley
Our custom-fabricated conveyor drive pulleys are engineered to provide maximum traction and prevent belt slippage. The face is covered with diamond-grooved or ceramic vulcanized rubber lagging. Fully balanced dynamically to run smoothly under high-torque starts.
Primary Polyurethane Belt Scraper
Installed at the head discharge pulley to clean carry-back materials from the conveyor belt surface. The high-grade, self-adjusting polyurethane blade wears evenly without damaging the conveyor belt cover, reducing waste accumulation and spillage along the line.
